ASD, a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, specializes in a web-based survey process, but offers other means of survey completion and feedback, to include: off-line computer based or pencil/paper questionnaire options. ASD also provides customized training packages, presentations, seminars, and workshops to fit client needs.

ASD's corporate headquarters are located at 1193 10th Street, Suite A, Monterey, California 93940. Two of the three founders are Monterey area residents; the third founder resides in Portland, Maine. Current information technology allows for seamless communication among corporate partners.

ASD specializes in operational and maintenance safety climate assessments using a survey process well-grounded in organizational theory and risk management concepts. This focus can be expanded to the other domains employing the same theoretical and conceptual foundations. Additional applications of the process currently include safety assessment surveys for military ground combat and support units, private motor vehicle (PMV) and motorcycle operations, off-duty and recreational (OD&R) activities, higher headquarters (HHQ) units, and air traffic control (ATC) organiztions.
